Manatee Mondays

Manatees sightings are one of the most common requests we get from vacationers in Islamorada when taking one of our Ecotours. Luckily for us, we have plenty of them around and can spot them often. They are very cool creatures, averaging 500-800lbs, they make us feel small. Although they are large, they are usually very gentle and slow moving, making it easy to enjoy watching them go about their day next to our boat when we spot them.
